How can I apply for retail positions at Starbucks?

You may ask for an application form at any Starbucks retail location. Each store is fully responsible for the hiring of part-time or full-time partners (Barista & SSv).

How can I get informed about available job openings and new career opportunities at Starbucks?


You can check for new positions on the Careers At Starbucks page.

In addition, classified ads are also published in newspapers or within our stores.

 

It is also advisable to fill in and hand in your application form to the Store Manager, despite of any ads published. In case of any openings, we will contact you in order to plan and invite you to participate in our selection process.

 

 

Which are the prerequisites for applying at Starbucks?


Depending on the position, there are specific Job Descriptions posted under "Career Opportunities". However, regardeless past experience and education qualifications, it is very important that our partners have a team spirit, positive thinking and are passionate about coffee, so they can offer the 'Starbucks Experience' to other partners and customers.

 

 

Is there a minimum/maximum age limitation for working at Starbucks?

 

Minimum age required is 18 years old while there is not a maximum age limit, as long as the candidate is able to adapt to our work environment and job description.

 


Are there any additional benefits offered by Starbucks?


Starbucks total compensation package depends on partner's working hours, job description, past experiences and skills, past performance within the company and the (local) market's rules and legislation.
